Historical society needs volunteers
PUTNAM — The Aspinock Historical Society is looking for volunteers for a few hours a month. Help is needed between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday. “You could volunteer as much or as little as you like.” The volunteer would greet people that tour the museum and show them Putnam’s great history? The society would give the volunteers the training needed to become a helpful guide to visitors.
