3. To discuss and act upon a proposed Revision to the Ordinance regarding Flood Damage Prevention as required by FEMA, prepared by CT DEEP.

May 23 the Putnam Rotary Club’s Interact Club held its Awards and Induction Ceremony.  
 Missy Meyers, president of the Putnam Rotary Club, read the farewell message from Emily St. Martin, past president, and passed the gavel to  new co-presidents, Jordyn Butler and Eric Levesque.
Jordyn and Eric will attend the week-long  Rotary World Affairs Seminar in June.  
 Community service awards were presented to Melanie Noonan, Caitlin Mercer, Jordyn Butler, Eric Levesque (Tourtellotte Memorial High School) Eoin Mercer (Thompson Middle School) and Amelia Haynes (Woodstock Academy).
The club is busy already! Look for the Interact Club booth at the Relay For Life event June 10 at Roseland Park. They will be selling their famous tie-dyed socks!
