The Eastern Connecticut Conference recently released the 2013-2014 boys all-star team for its three divisions.  Tourtellotte with a pair of First Team and an Honorable Mention selection enjoyed the most picks.  All local schools were represented on the teams.
Small Division – First Team: Kaevon Safford and Mike Jezierski (Tourtellotte); Honorable Mention: Shawn Houle (Tourtellotte); Sportsmanship: Harrison Padula (Tourtellotte).
Medium Division – First Team: Ryan Pambuku (Plainfield); Honorable Mention: Nick Hewitt (Killingly); Sportsmanship: Mitch Conroy (Killingly); Will Robinson (Plainfield).
Large Division – First Team: Chris Lowry (Woodstock); Sportsmanship: John McGinn (Woodstock).

Nicholas Antalik, 28, Church Street, Putnam; following too close, operating without insurance.
March 7
Victor Santos, 50, Central Street, N. Grosvenordale; DWI, failure to drive right, failure to use turn signal.
Phillip Sparks, 28, Valley View Road, Woodstock; third-degree forgery, third-degree conspiracy to commit larceny.
March 8
Gary Cotnoir, 30, Mill Street, Putnam; sixth-degree larceny.
