COLCHESTER, Vt. --- The following local residents were named to the spring 2014 Dean’s List at Saint Michael’s College:
Michael Bodreau of Quinebaug, son of Lisa and Steven Bodreau of Quinebaug. Bodreau graduated from Marianapolis Preparatory School before coming to Saint Michael’s.
Stephanie Lewis of Thompson, daughter of Kathleen and Stephen Lewis of Thompson. Lewis graduated from Tourtellotte Memorial High Sch before coming to Saint Michael’s.

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. --- The following local residents have graduated from Boston College:
Eun Kyung DuBois of Brooklyn has graduated magna cum laude from Boston College with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University’s College of Arts & Sciences (major: English);  Melissa Incera of Pomfret has graduated cum laude from Boston College with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University’s College of Arts & Sciences (major: English).
 
On dean's list
ROCHESTER, N.Y. --- The following local residents made the Dean’s List for spring 2013-2014 semester at Rochester Institute of Technology:
Hannah Budd of Eastford, who is in the diagnostic medical sonography program in RIT’s College of Health Sciences and Technology.
Lauren Kelley of Chepachet, who is in the applied mathematics program in RIT’s College of Science.
Nicole Leclair of Woodstock, who is in the visual media program in RIT’s College of Imaging Arts and Sciences.

FAIRFIELD --- Kellie Wreschner, a resident of Woodstock, received a Master of Science in Nursing degree from Fairfield University’s School of Nursing at its 64th Commencement exercises, which took place on May 18, 2014, on the campus of Fairfield University.

HARTFORD --- Several local students were named to the spring dean's list at The University of Hartford: Andrew Partlow of Pascoag, Gregory Roto Jr. of Eastford, Chelsea Sondak of Putnam, Jessica Musto of Woodstock.

PROVIDENCE --- The following local residents have been named to the Dean’s List at Providence College for the Spring 2014 semester:
Anna Dumais of Pascoag, and a member of the class of 2016,
Sara Gorham of Chepachet, and a member of the class of 2014,
Emily Sachs of Pomfret Center, and a member of the class of 2014.
 
Graduates
LOWELL, Mass. --- Shelley Hopkins of Danielson was among a record number of graduates - 3,478 - presented with diplomas at UMass Lowell’s 2014 Commencement exercises on May 17, 2014,  at the Tsongas Center at UMass Lowell. Hopkins received a master’sdegree in business administration from the Manning School of Business.

WORCESTER --- The following local residents recently graduated from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI).
Yumiko Kobayashi of Woodstock, was awarded a master of science degree in bioscience administration.
Rachael Matty of Pomfret Center,  was awarded a bachelor of science degree in biomedical engineering.
Raymond Stockwell of Dayville,  was awarded a bachelor of science degree in electrical and computer engineering.
Travis Van Dale of North Grosvenordale,  was awarded a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering.

SCHENECTADY, N.Y.  --- Gabriella Bucci, of Woodstock, graduated from Union College on June 15, 2014. Bucci, a Mathematics major, graduated magna cum laude, receiving a bachelor's degree.
 
Graduates
EAST HARTFORD --- Courtland Thomas has graduated from the Connecticut River Academy at Goodwin College, one of 28 students who represent the first ever class to graduate from the new magnet school. Courtland, of Putnam, celebrated with classmates on June 17, 2014, during a moving ceremony held at Goodwin College in East Hartford. The Academy shares the Goodwin College campus and many of the Connecticut River Academy graduates took college courses at Goodwin.

HARTFORD --- Chelsea Sondak of Putnam, graduated from the University of Hartford during an on-campus ceremony on May 18, 2014. Sondak earned a Bachelor of Science in health science from the University’s College of Education, Nursing and Health Professions.
 
Gets degree
BOSTON --- Boston University awarded academic degrees to 6,321 students in May 2014. Among the graduates was Maya C. Tarabishy, who received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Business Administration and Management, Summa Cum Laude.

ALBANY, N.Y.  ---- Aideen Hanlon of Pomfret Center was named to the Dean’s List for the spring 2014 semester at The College of Saint Rose in Albany.

WORCESTER — The following local students graduated May 17, 2014 from  Assumption College: Sarah Williams of Pascoag, graduated with a major in Biology with a Concentration in Neuroscience & Behavior and a minor in Management; Jamie Young of Pascoag, graduated with a major in History.

WALTHAM, Mass. --- Several local students were named to the dean's list for the spring semester at Bentley University including: 
Natalie Minard, a Freshman from Pomfret Center, was named to the Dean’s List. 
Matthew Bourdeau, a Junior from Thompson was named to the President’s List.
Kyle Lasewicz, a Junior from Thompson was named to the Dean’s List.
