The Putnam Clippers go on the road and led by Maria Fredette, who scored a game-high 18 points, and the Clippers moved within one game of first place in the CSC East Division in the battle with Parish Hill and Windham Tech. Putnam won against Ellis Tech, 54 to 28. Ashley Burke scored 16 points and four assists for Putnam (10-6, 8-2). Kayleigh Lyons added six points and five assists and Molly Mckeon added five points for Putnam, while Kalista Lovely connected on three three-pointers for Ellis Tech enroute to her team-high 12 points, and the Golden Eagles move to (5-13, 3-7) on the year.

Jocelyn Luizzi was the game’s highest scorer as she set the tone early in route to her 20 points in the game, as Bacon jumped out to an 18-point lead after the first quarter and continued to pace the way for the rest of the game. Kellie Nudd also contributed 13 points and Jill Reynolds finished the game with nine points, 12 rebounds, and seven assists in the contest, and moves Bacon to (12-5) on the year. Kylee Mazzarella was the leading scorer of four Redgals with 10 points, as Trinity Angel and Reagan Morin each scored eight points themselves, and Morgan Harriott finished the game with seven points and Killingly moves to (7-10).

Shania Slyman lead the way early in the game by totaling 26 points, six rebounds, five assists, four steals and four blocks for the Whippets, Slyman is just three points away being a part of the 1,000-point club. Desiree Rivera had 12 points, and Tamia McBride scored nine points for the Whippets (10-7, 9-1). Stephanie Daly was the top scorer for Tourtellotte who had five points and four rebounds for the Tigers (4-13, 1-9).

Olivia Summiel scored 16 points and added six rebounds to lead the Golden Knights to their fourth straight win. Saoirse Power-Cassidy finished with 13 points, five steals and four assists, and Sophia Widmeyer added 13 points and eight rebounds for Marianapolis, who are now (10-7) on the season.

Jamie Woods leads all scorers with 14 points and the Centaurs secured their third win in a row and had help from Mackenzie Eaton, who also chipped in 13 points for Woodstock Academy (10-6, 4-4 ECC Div. 2). Emily Meigs led Montville with 13 points and the Indians move to 5-11, 1-7.

Morgan Harriott led the Redgals with 16 points and grabbed six rebounds, while Kylee Mazzarella scored 15 points, both of them hitting two three-pointers. Reagan Morin added 14 points and seven rebounds, and Trinity Angel chipped in 10 points for the Redgals, but lost a close on to move (7-9, 1-6)

St. Bernard was led by Caitlyn Dittman, who had 24 points and 12 rebounds in the game to lead the Saints in the victory. Emily Nelson also added 16 points for St. Bernard who move to 12-5, 8-2 and The Tigers are 4-12, 1-8 was led by .

Alyssa Espinosa scored nine points and Maria Fredette added eight for the Clippers. Putnam (9-6, 7-2 CSC East) pulled away during a 15-5 run in the second quarter and paced the same tempo throughout the rest of the game. Norwich Tech fell to 4-11, 4-6.
Pomfret 42 
Groton (Mass.) 36
Pomfret looks to Olivia Batastini-Pallister and Deja Ross, who each contribute 12 points and leads the Griffins to victory. Abby Stone and Ali Narracci added seven points each for Pomfret and move back over .500 with a (7-6) record.

Raina Haase had 11 points and grabbed 15 rebounds and Wheeler snapped a seven-game losing streak and earned their first ECC Div. 3 win on the year and move to a 2-12, 1-7.  The Wheeler Lions also got help from Samantha Muller who finished with four points, but was a huge factor defensively with nine steals and grabbed 10 rebounds.   Becky Torres was the high scorer for Tourtellotte with 10 points, and the Tigers move to 4-11.

Reagan Morin finished the game by totaling up a 22-point performance by defeating the Fitch Falcons who remain winless on the season, but do not knock the performance from the Redgals who move one game closer to their state playoff berth with a 7-8 record and just need another win to be qualified for postseason play. Morgan Harriott and Kylee Mazzarella both chip in eight points in the victory for Killingly.
