KILLINGLY — Oct. 19 the members of the Troop D – “Quality of Life Task Force”, the Killingly Resident Troopers, the Brooklyn Resident Trooper, the Killingly Police Officer and  Danielson Adult Probation conducted a warrant round up which targeted people wanted on outstanding arrest warrants within Troop D’s patrol area. 
Twelve arrests were made: 
Todd Kincaid, 45, Furnace Street, Danielson, first-degree criminal trespass
William Reis, 70, Woodland Drive, Brooklyn, cultivation of a controlled substance.
Debra Reis, 65, Woodland Drive, Brooklyn, cultivation of a controlled substance.
Francis Lopes, 19, E. Franklin Street, Danielson, third-degree burglary, assault on a police officer, violation of probation (two counts).
Chad Riley, 27, Pleasant View Drive, Killingly, failure to register as a sex offender.
Laura Lay, 48, Main Street, Danielson, second-degree failure to appear.
Joshua Rodriguez, 26, Hawkins Street, Danielson, second-degree failure to appear.
Joshua Robinson, 28, Litchfield Avenue, Killingly, violation of probation.
Lasonya Sharita, 38, Main Street, Danielson, second-degree failure to appear.
During one arrest, Francis Lopes ran from Troopers and broke into a nearby house by forcing his way in.  Troopers located him inside the house where Lopes assaulted a Trooper.  Lopes was arrested after a brief struggle and charged with third-degree burglary, assault on a police officer and two counts of violation of probation.
