The Town of Putnam Zoning Commission will hold a meeting on March 20, 2013, at 7:00 P.M. at the Town Hall located at 126 Church Street, Putnam, CT.  A public hearing will be held each of the following:
Continue public hearing on Docket # 2013-01: The Town of Putnam Zoning Commission request for text amendments to Section 200 Definitions and Section 740 District Regulations of the Town of Putnam Zoning Regulations/Industrial Heritage Overlay District.  A copy of the proposed amendments in its entirety can be reviewed in the Land Use Office from 8:30-12:00 & 1:00-4:30 P.M.
Docket # 2013-02:  Noreen Wallace — Request for a Special Permit for a Business and Professional Office/Wellness Center with associated professional services according to Section 720 Schedule of Use & Districts of the Town of Putnam Zoning Regulations.  Property located at 36 Church Street, Town Assessor’s Map 15, Lot 38. Zoned R-7.
