Docket # 2013-06: Tim Sheldon — Request for an Industrial Heritage Overlay District (IHOD) Special Permit according to Section 740 of the Town of Putnam Zoning Regulations for Historic Cargill Falls Mill LLC for 83 Residential Units and 35,000 S.F. Commercial Workspace including a restaurant, retail space and office space.  Property located at 52 & 58 Pomfret Street, Town Assessor’s Map 15, Lots 81 & 127. Zoned IHOD.

The Town of Putnam is accepting bids for Fencing at the Putnam Lion’s Memorial Dog Park on Kennedy Drive, Putnam.
Specifications are available at the Putnam Recreation Department, 126 Church St., Putnam, CT  06260, Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m.  to 4:30 p.m.
Bids will be accepted at the Recreation Department until Monday June 24, 2013  at 12:00 noon.
The Town of Putnam reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and/or all bids deemed in the best interest of the Town of Putnam, Connecticut.
