THOMPSON — A Massachusetts man was arrested for drug charges March 10.
Jared Gruber, 18, of Hull, Mass., was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell after he was stopped on I-395 in Thompson.
Members of the Troop D Quality of Life Task Force stopped the vehicle on a motor vehicle violation.  During the stop, K9 Dutch, a Dutch Shepherd, alerted to the presence of narcotics. Troopers found 125 grams of concentrated THC bulk packaged for sale that had a street value of about $3,000.
