On dean’s list
WORCESTER — The following local residents have been named to second honors on the Clark University dean’s list:
Matthew Lubomirski, of N. Grosvenordale; Nikolay Ionkin, of Pomfret Center and Emma Cotnoir, of Putnam.

POMFRET — The Drama Department at Pomfret School recently staged its winter play, a student production of the musical “Working,” in February. Based on author and journalist Studs Terkel’s 1974 best-seller, Working: People Talk About What They Do All Day and How They Feel About What They Do, the 1978 play earned four Tony nominations and two Drama Desk Awards
Shuonan Peng of Pomfret, a member of the Pomfret School class of 2017, played the parts of Rex, a hedge fund manager and tie salesman Ralph Werner. Connor Shea of Putnam, a member of the Pomfret School class of 2015, played the part of Charlie Blossom, a copy boy. Annie Vance of Danielson, a member of the Pomfret School class of 2016, was a member of the ensemble cast.
