PUTNAM --- The town of Putnam is looking for citizens to fill positions for the following commissions: Inland Wetlands Commission (full voting member, must be either unaffiliated or a member of the Republican Party), Zoning Commission (full voting member, must be member of the Republican Party or unaffiliated) and two full voting  members for the Planning Commission (must be a member of the Republican Party or unaffiliated.
