Collections

The October 2016 billing of water and / or sewer collections for the Town of Putnam WPCA is due and payable on November 1, 2016.

Payments made after November 1, 2016 will be subject to an Interest charge of 3% (1.5% per month) or $2.00 minimum whichever is higher, according to Connecticut State Statute SEC. 12-146.

Mail must be postmarked no later than November 1, 2016, to avoid interest charges.

Thursday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

 Friday 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

The Town of Putnam Planning Commission will hold a meeting on October 24, 2016, at 7:00 P.M. at the Putnam Town Hall located at 126 Church Street, Putnam, CT.  A public hearing will be held on the following:

Application # 2016-0:3  Crystal Etheridge — Request for a 1-lot subdivision for property located at 723 Five Mile River Road, consisting of 4.59 acres, Town Assessor’s Map 034, Lot 053, Zoned AG-2 for the construction of a single-family home.

Mobilitie, LLC is proposing to construct a new telecommunications tower facility located in the vicinity of Danco Road and Park Road, Putnam, CT 06260.  The new facility will consist of a 120-foot tall monopole within a public utility right-of-way on the east side of Danco Road.
