Tasting Fund-raiser
PUTNAM --- Putnam - Pet Pals Northeast, a local animal welfare organization, is holding a beer and wine tasting event fund-raiser to help homeless and needy animals from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at the Connecticut National Golf Course. This is a 21+ event. $20.  860-317-1720.  
 
Auction Fund-raiser
EASTFORD --- The Eastford Elementary School Annual Goods & Services Live and silent Auction will be held at the school starting with a pasta dinner at 5 ($6). Thanksgiving Service
PUTNAM --- The Greater Putnam Interfaith Council will be holding its annual Interfaith Thanksgiving Service at 7 p.m. at B'nai Shalom on Church Street Many diverse faith groups and ethnic backgrounds will be getting together to share prayers of thanks, music fellowship and refreshments.
