Members of the Troop D Quality of Life Task Force were conducting surveillance of an area in Danielson and observed a “hand to hand” drug transaction take place.  QLTF Troopers approached the parties involved and identified themselves as State Troopers. One of the parties immediately fled on foot down the street.  Despite having a significant head start, QLTF Troopers sprinted after him, easily caught up to him and placed him on the ground.  Police said Daddario was found to be in possession of numerous bags of heroin and was placed under arrest.
