Effective on or after May 2, 2017, the following changes will

 be made to your channel lineup:

HSN on Basic channel 5 will relocate to channel 135.

QVC on Basic channel 12 will relocate to channel 127.

Jewelry TV on Basic channel 73 will relocate to channel 145.

Evine LIVE on Basic channel 79 will relocate to channel 138.

WPCA

Water/Sewer 

Collections

The April 2017 billing of water and /or sewer collections for the Town of Putnam WPCA is due and payable on May 1, 2017.

Payments made after May 1, 2017, will be subject to an interest charge for both water and sewer of 3 percent (1.5 percent per month) or $2.00 minimum whichever is higher, according to Connecticut State Statute SEC. 12-146.

Mail must be postmarked no later than May 1, 2017, to avoid interest charges.
