BROOKLYN — A Killingly man was arrested after a traffic stop Sept. 16.
Robert Hebert, 54, 123 Broad St., was charged with possession of narcotics and possession of narcotics with intent to sell.
Members of the Troop D – Quality of Life Task Force, and the Killingly and Brooklyn Resident Troopers Offices conducted a traffic stop of a 2004 Dodge Dakota for a motor vehicle violation on Rt. 6. Troopers became suspicious that drugs may be present in the vehicle. After consent from Hebert, troopers approximately one ounce of powdered cocaine prepackaged for sale and approximately $1,700, which was seized.
