The Putnam Police Department is seeking help in identifying a female who used a counterfeit $100 bill at Someplace Special Restaurant in Putnam in the evening on Dec. 14. It appeared the female was driving a blue Chrysler 300 or similar vehicle. Anyone with information, please contact Officer Maheu of the Putnam Police Department at 860-928-6565.
