PUTNAM --- The Putnam Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect that that used a credit card stolen from a vehicle on Dec. 20. The suspect made unauthorized charges at various locations including gas stations and department stores throughout eastern Connecticut totaling nearly $1,200. If anyone recognizes this male or has information regarding this incident, please contact Officer Boulanger of the Putnam Police Department at 860-928-6565.
