Academy pair 
in art exhibit
WOODSTOCK — Woodstock Academy junior Camille Frigon of Union, and Academy Photography teacher Susan LaGrow are being featured in the 72nd Annual Connecticut Artists Exhibition at the Slater Memorial Museum. 
They competed against Connecticut artists of all ages for a spot in the show. Frigon’s work, “Transfiguration Of A Disintegrated Elegance,” includes several distressed and detailed photographs. She is the first Woodstock Academy student to be featured in the prestigious show.
LaGrow’s work, “Floating,” incorporates several pieces of bark floating in front of a blossomed tree. Her work won third place in the show. The exhibition is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays and from 1 to 4 p.m. on weekends at the Slater Museum.
