Zoning Commission
The Town of Putnam Zoning Commission will hold a meeting on August 18, 2010 at 7:00 P.M. at the Town Hall.  Public hearings were scheduled for the following, both applications have been WITHDRAWN:
Docket # 2010-12:  Jay Bentley  (6-12 South Main St. LLC)  -- Request for a text amendment to the Town of Putnam Zoning Regulations Section 720 Schedule of Uses and Districts to allow by Special Permit in a C-3 Zone Physical Therapy and other Health Related Services.  Currently this use is non-permitted in a C-3 Zone.
Docket # 2010-13:  Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. -- Request for a text amendment to the Town of Putnam Zoning Regulations Article XI  (1.)  Minimum parking space dimensions.  (2.) Minimum Parking Ratio and (3.)  Maximum width for access driveways.  A copy of the proposed amendment is available for review in the Building/Zoning Office during business hours.
