PUTNAM --- The Putnam Science Academy soccer team tied Hyde of Maine at 2 in a close game that saw PSA come back late to tie the game. Burak Oguz and Fehmi Agaoglu scored for the Mustangs. Fatih Macun and Abdul Bektas each added an assist. Yusuf Yilmiz added 4 saves for the Mustangs.
In a contest against St. Thomas More, PSA upset the Mustangs, 3-2. Trailing early, St. Thomas More (1-2) scored three unanswered goals to upset Putnam Science Academy. The Mustangs took an early lead but then struggled rest of game to find the net. Yusuf Yilmiz made six saves for PSA. Seyfullah Dalgin and Abdul Bektas scored for PSA (0-2-1).
