Lynn Brodeur, treasurer of Habitat for Humanity of Northeast Connecticut, recently presented a plaque to Packerville Baptist Church in Plainfield for the many years of generous, unwavering financial and spiritual support the church has provided to the local affiliate. Brodeur made the presentation to Pastor Dennis Monroe Jr., and Mrs. Monroe, relative newcomers to the area who pledged to continue the church’s support of Habitat for Humanity.
