Helpers
A group of teenagers recently helped Daily Bread. The kids are from Putnam PRIDE (Partnership to Reduce the Influence of Drugs for Everyone) Youth Advisory Board and the Leo Club, part of The Putnam Lions Club. The kids volunteered for one and half hours to move all the food needed to make the Thanksgiving Day Baskets from Daily Bread into the basement of the Methodist Church. This system was devised to make it easier for volunteers who come together to fill the baskets. This is the second year that the Putnam PRIDE Youth Advisory Board members have participated and the first year for the Leo Club.
