BALLSTON SPA, N.Y. --- Navy Petty Officer 3rd Class David A. Blais, son of Maria and Keith Blais of Woodstock, recently completed Naval Nuclear Power Training Pipeline at the Nuclear Power Training Unit in Ballston Spa.
Blais is a 2007 graduate of Ellis Tech in Danielson.
He joined the Navy in September 2007.
Blais received instruction about nuclear theory, chemistry, physics, reactor operations, safety and security.
Upon completion of the course, Blais qualified as a Naval nuclear operator.
