Blood Drive
During the first of two scheduled blood drives for the year, the Woodstock Academy Student Council recently collected 54 pints of blood. The drive was organized by event chairperson Elena DeLuca, a junior at Woodstock Academy, along with sophomore, Hannah Flath as the co-chairperson. The Student Council has been hosting blood drives twice a year for more than 15 years. With the guidance of Student Council advisers, Nancy Beauregard-Waldron and Ernest DiMicco, students worked throughout the month of November recruiting donors from within the school.
