'Spellers'
The Putnam Rotary Club's team during the second annual Quinebaug Valley Community College Foundation Spelling Bee fund-raiser. Left to right: Steve Adams, club President Joyce Duff, Rachael Johnston, Cindy Dunne and Aileen Witkowski. The Hyde School “Team Tiddlywinks” was the overall winner. Team Notre Dame was second and Web Industries took third. The winner of the Most Spirited Team was Team Notre Dame and Gerardi Insurance's Team won the Best Costume (they were all dressed as "Flo" from the Progressive Insurance commercials). Courtesy photo.
