Michael Spaziani- Fire Service programs manager for FM Global, right, hands Scott Belleville, the Putnam deputy fire marshal, a grant for $1,800 to upgrade computer equipment within the Town of Putnam Fire Marshal’s Office. The new equipment gives the office the ability to enhance Putnam's capabilities in investigating fires.
