PUTNAM — Pauline Whipple was named employee of the month for October at Day Kimball Healthcare. She works as a home health aide in DKH’s Hospice & Palliative Care of Northeastern Connecticut service division.
Whipple began working at DKH in 1995. As a hospice home health aide, she provides personal care to patients such as bathing and dressing. She also performs household duties, which include preparing patient’s meals and doing their laundry. Whipple is also responsible for providing emotional support to the patient’s family.
She lives in Putnam with her husband and son.
