PUTNAM — Michael Trudeau has been named employee of the month for November at Day Kimball Healthcare. He is a plant maintenance plumber in the facilities management department at Day Kimball Hospital.
Trudeau started his career at C.R. Trudeau Plumbing & Heating in 1986. In 2003, he accepted a position as a plumber at Day Kimball Hospital. Today, Trudeau is responsible for installation, layout, and maintenance of Day Kimball’s main gas and water operation, including associated fixtures such as laboratory and sanitary equipment. Trudeau is also a member of the DKH customer service council. He holds plumbing, heating and medical gas licenses, and is also a licensed operating engineer in the State of Connecticut.
Originally from Thompson, he lives in Putnam with his family. For the past five years, he has served as an assistant scout master for Troop 66 in N. Grosvenordale.
