BROOKLYN — Six local high school students received the Sarah Williams Danielson Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution Good Citizens Award
Recipients were chosen based on outstanding dependability, service, leadership and patriotism in their home at school, and in the community.
Presented with Good Citizens certificates were Lauren Biernacki, Tourtellotte Memorial High School; Rachel Orlomoski, Woodstock Academy; Hollis Smith , Killingly High School; Krystina Lewis, Putnam High; Daniel Christopher Amarante, Ellis Tech; and Rebecca Trainor, The Learning Clinic.
