The Board of Selectmen will hold a Public Hearing at the Town of Putnam Municipal Complex, 200 School Street, Conference Room # 109, Putnam, CT, on Monday, August 21, 2023 at 6:00 in the evening for the following purpose:
To hear public comment regarding:
1. Proposed revision(s) to the Trash Ordinance.
2. Proposed revision(s) to the Blight Ordinance.

The Electors and Citizens qualified to vote in Town Meeting of the Town of Putnam, Connecticut, are hereby notified and warned that the Special Town Meeting of said Town will be held on Monday, August 21, 2023, at 6:30 PM for the following purposes:
1. To choose a moderator for said meeting.
2. To discuss and act upon the proposed revision(s) to the Trash Ordinance.
3. To discuss and act upon proposed revision(s) to the Blight Ordinance.
The full text of the proposed revised ordinances is available in the mayor’s office and in the office of the Town Clerk.

The Town of Putnam Inland Wetland Commission held a hybrid meeting on Wednesday August 9, 2023, at 7:00 P.M at the Municipal Complex in Community Room 201 located on the second floor granting Commission approval on Application # 2023-09 for the Town of Putnam-165 Kennedy Drive - Redesign of the existing parking lot.
