UPDATED TUES SEPT 21: The Putnam Police report that Farris was found safe and they thanked residents for their tips and information.
Teen missing
PUTNAM — The Putnam Police Department is seeking assistance from the public in locating missing 13-year-old Alyssa Farris. Farris was last seen at about 10 p.m. Sept. 18 and was discovered missing from home the morning of Sept. 19.
Farris is a white female approximately 5-feet, 3-inches tall and weighs approximately 100l0 pounds with a thin build. She may be wearing a black hoodie and carrying a black and white backpack.
Anyone with information about Farris’ whereabouts is asked to contact the Putnam Police Department at 860-928-6565.
