PUTNAM — The Putnam Board of Education announces its participation in the federally funded Seamless Summer Food Program June 19 through Aug. 15.  Under the program, nutritious meals are provided to all children 18 years and under free of charge. Breakfast will be offered from 8:15 to 9 a.m.  at Putnam Elementary, Putnam High; Lunch will be offered from 11 a.m. to 12:15 at Putnam elementary and Putnam High and from 11:30 a.m. to noon at the Putnam Public Library and from 12:05 to 12:35 p.m. at Putnam Public Housing.
