of month
PUTNAM — Rebecca Branch was named Putnam Bank’s Employee of the Month for February 2018. Branch has been with the bank since September 2009, and currently serves as Floating CSR Supervisor.
She said: “I am humbled to be chosen as the February Employee of the month. I believe when we approach one another with kindness and compassion, there is nothing we cannot accomplish together. We succeed together, in part, because we recognize the value of each person in the Putnam Bank family.”
She is involved in community events, which include Norwich Dragon Boat Racing, Family Fun Day at Dodd Stadium, Red Cross Blood Drive, and Natchaug River Young Marines 5K Color Fun Run. She also volunteers her time with organizations including Samaritan’s Purse, March of Dimes, American Red Cross, and Voice of Evangelism.
“Becca does excellent work for the bank and serves our customers well. We are fortunate to have Becca, and so many other talented staff members, at the bank. Becca makes the increasingly complex job of banking easier for all of us. She writes in her spare time, and received word recently that her most recent book, Perseverance - How it All Began, has been published and will be available on Amazon within the next few weeks,” said Thomas A. Borner, president and CEO of Putnam Bank.
