CANTERBURY — A Brooklyn man was arrested on drug charges June 27 after a traffic stop in Canterbury.
Justin Brewer, 31, of #10 Mason Hill Road, was charged with possession of narcotics.
Police said members of the Troop D – Quality of Life Task Force stopped a vehicle on Brooklyn Road in Canterbury for a motor vehicle violation. While speaking with Brewer troopers became suspicious that narcotics may be present within the car.  Brewer confessed to the QLTF Troopers that he had narcotics in the car and turned over 22 bags of fentanyl.
