Soccer honors
for Desrosiers
DANIELSON — Austin Desrosiers of Putnam broke Harvard H. Ellis Technical School history, as the highest ranked and honored soccer player in all of Ellis Tech history.
Breaking the school record for goals scored, with 58 career goals, he is the first to receive All-State Player twice, All-Conference player three years in a row, and is ranked the #2 player in the Class L Technical High School Conference.
Desrosiers led the team this year with 31 goals and 6 assists to the All-Conference and State Tournament, making the Fall 2019 boys’ soccer team the highest achieving soccer team in Ellis Tech history.
Ellis Tech will be honoring this historical achievement, by raising a banner honoring All-State soccer players. Desrosiers will be leaving Harvard H. Ellis School to attend UMass Boston in the fall, majoring in criminal justice and minoring in engineering physics.
