Donation
The Putnam Rotary Club recently donated diapers, baby wipes and cash to the IHSP Diaper Bank of Northeast Connecticut. Several dozen wipes and diaper packages were donated by Paul Pikora, left, club president, to Helen Ferland, diaper bank coordinator. A recent Celebrity Bartending event netted more than $4,000 in cash and diapers for the bank, which celebrates its second anniversary. Donations may be dropped off at Daily Bread on Bradley Street, under the church. Monetary donations may be made out to IHSP Diaper Bank and mailed to PO Box 281, Putnam, 06260.
