The Town of Putnam Zoning Commission will hold a meeting June 19, 2013 at 7:00 P.M. at the Town Hall located at 126 Church Street, Putnam, CT. A public hearing will be held on each of the following:

Docket # 2013-06: Tim Sheldon — Request for an Industrial Heritage Overlay District (IHOD) Special Permit according to Section 740 of the Town of Putnam Zoning Regulations for Historic Cargill Falls Mill LLC for 83 Residential Units and 35,000 S.F. Commercial Workspace including a restaurant, retail space and office space. Property located at 52 & 58 Pomfret Street, Town Assessor’s Map 15, Lots 81 & 127. Zoned IHOD.
