The Town of Putnam Planning Commission held a Special Meeting on October 2, 2013 at 7:00 P.M. at the Town Hall located at 126 Church Street, Putnam, CT. The following action was taken:
Application #2013-03: Town of Putnam — Request for a 4-lot subdivision consisting of 61 +/- acres for property located off of Kennedy Drive, Town Assessor’s Map 37, Lot 44. Zoned Technology Park Overlay District inclusive of waivers. APPROVED

Sealed bids for the following vehicle will be received by the Town of Pomfret at the Office of the First Selectman, Pomfret Town Hall, Five Haven Road, Pomfret Center, CT 06259 until 11:00 AM, Local Prevailing Time, on Monday, October 21, 2013.
2003 Mack R-Model with 427 HP, E7 engine. Tri-axle dump truck with mack suspension, 8L mack transmission and mack drive train. To include plow frame for 11’ road plow.

No Bidder may withdraw his/her bid for a period of forty-five (45) days after the actual date of the Bid opening. The Town of Pomfret reserves the right to waive all formalities or to reject any or all Bids.
