Bragdon promoted
PUTNAM — Tammy Bragdon was recently promoted to branch manager of the Price Chopper office of Putnam Bank. She joined Putnam Bank as an assistant branch manager in 2010 bringing more than 19 years of Community Banking experience.
“We are pleased to promote Ms. Bragdon to the position of branch manager and bank officer,” said Thomas A. Borner, president and CEO of the bank. “She exemplifies the best of community banking; and it is rewarding to be able to promote from within as the staff develops and grows along with the bank,” added Borner.
She earned her associate’s degree in business science from Beal College in Bangor, Maine, and graduated from Connecticut School of Finance and Management in 2009. She is an experienced licensed Life Insurance agent through Vantis Life. Bragdon’s community involvement includes American Cancer Society Relay For Life, Hospice and Palliative Care of NE Connecticut and other Putnam Bank-sponsored events.
