Easter Egg Hunt
POMFRET --- The Pomfret Recreation is sponsoring its Annual Easter Egg Hunt for Pomfret boys and girls ages 1 -10 at 11 a.m. at the Wolf Den Campground. Bring your baskets or bags to collect the eggs hidden by the Easter Bunny. There are two special silver eggs in each of the 4 fields, whoever is lucky enough to find those, will win an Easter Basket! Bring your own camera for photos with the Easter Bunny. Rain date is 11 a.m. April 19.

POMFRET --- The Pomfret proprietors 8th Annual Town Wide Tag Sale tarts at 7 a.m. Purchase a map to guide you to the many participating residences, businesses and organizations spread throughout town. Maps will be sold for $1 at Pomfret Community School and Christ Church. Profits from map sales and registrations will be donated to Pomfret’s historic Congregational Church in order to help them rebuild after a devastating fire this winter.
