Bark for Life set
BROOKLYN — The Bark for Life fund-raiser for dogs with cancer will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sept. 13 at the Brooklyn Fairgrounds. It is sponsored by the Citizens National Bank.
The event will begin with blessing of the dogs.
Dogs can enjoy free entertainment, contests, canine demonstrations while their parents can enjoy free music, vendor shopping. There will also be food for both the dogs and their parents. Registration before Sept.r 3 is only $10 for one human/one dog. Registration after that date and at the gate is $10 for one human/one dog. Don’t have a dog? You can still attend and it is only $5 per human while those age 12 and under are free. All dogs in the northeast are urged to attend but each dog must be accompanied by a human parent.
