BROOKLYN — A Brooklyn man was arrested on heroin charges Sept. 23.
Jesse Brown, 25, of Cherry Hill Road, was charged with possession of heroin, possession of heroin with intent to sell and first-degree failure to appear.
Members of the Troop D – Quality of Life Task Force went to a residence with an outstanding felon arrest warrant. During the arrest, police found 16 bundles of heroin which is equivalent to 160 bags.  The estimated street value of the heroin is approximately $1,600.
