The Town of Putnam, CT will receive sealed bids for the Rental of Construction Equipment through June 30, 2016.

Bids will be received in the Office of the Mayor, 126 Church Street, Putnam, CT 06260 until Monday April 18, 2016, at 4:30 PM.  Bids will be opened at the Selectmen’s meeting on Monday April 18, 2016 at 7:00 PM.  Bids must be sealed and clearly marked “Construction Equipment Rental.”

The Town of Putnam, CT reserves the right to waive any informality in the bidding; to accept and/or reject any and all bids; or to accept a bid which in its sole judgment is deemed in the best interest of the Town of Putnam, CT.

No bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the bid opening.

The Town of Putnam, CT will receive sealed bids for the Cleaning of Catch Basins and Storm Sewer Structures through June 30, 2017.  

Bids will be received in the Office of the Mayor, 126 Church Street, Putnam, CT 06260 until Monday April 18, 2016, at 4:30 PM.  Bids will be opened at the Selectmen’s meeting on Monday April 18, 2016, at 7:00 PM.  Bids must be sealed and clearly marked “CATCH BASIN CLEANING.”

NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS AND PERSONS ENTITLED TO VOTE AT TOWN MEETING IN THE TOWN OF POMFRET, CONNECTICUT:

Notice is hereby given that on February 22, 2016, pursuant to Chapter 166 of the Connecticut General Statutes, the Board of Education of the Town of Pomfret filed with the Town Clerk of said Town THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE POMFRET BOARD OF EDUCATION AND THE AFSCME, COUNCIL 4, LOCAL 1303-339 for the period of July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2017.  Said AGREEMENT is on file in the Office of the Town Clerk, Five Haven Rd, Pomfret Center, CT, and becomes a contractual obligation of the Town of Pomfret (Town Meeting) within 30 days after filing of said Agreement.
