PUTNAM — Putnam Bank has earned a 5-star “Superior” rating, the highest given, from Bauer Financial, a national independent bank rating firm. The 5-star rating is based on an evaluation of financial data as of June 30, 2016, filed with federal regulators and analyzed by Bauer Financial.
