KILLINGLY — Two Killingly residents were arrested on heroin charges after a search warrant was executed July 28.
Julio Valentin, 52, of 36C Prospect Ave. and Linda Eldredge, 46, of the same address were both charged with possession of heroin and possession of heroin with intent to sell.
Members of the Troop-D Quality of Life Task Force, Troopers assigned to the Killingly Resident Troopers Office and the Troop D Danielson barracks, along with the Killingly Police Officer, executed three narcotics-related search and seizure warrants at 36C Prospect Ave. 
Police said Valentin and Eldredge were processing and selling heroin from their residence. 
Police found Valentin on the Danielson footbridge with one bundle (10 bags) of heroin. Inside the apartment police found another six bundles (60 bags) of heroin pre-packaged for sale and approximately $600.
