SPRINGFIELD, Mass. — Morgan Ferschke of Pascoag received a bachelor’s degree, majoring in Liberal Studies, from American International College.

WILLIMANTIC — Two local economics students at Eastern Connecticut State University were inducted into Omicron Delta Epsilon (ODE), the international honor society for economics: Ashley Leighton ’17 of Woodstock who majors in economics and Gabrielle Reynolds ’17 of Dayville who majors in economics.

MIDDLETOWN — Wesleyan University student Hanna Holcomb of Woodstock Valley (formerly of Woodstock Academy) was recognized this spring with the Herbert Lee Connelly Prize. It provides income to a deserving undergraduate who demonstrates an interest in English literature and an unusual ability in nonfiction writing.
