American Legion Post #13 of Putnam, veterans and family and friends gathered to watch the raising of the post’s “Banner Project” last week. The banners honor living veterans from Putnam who served during WWII and the Korean conflict.  The Post raised 30 banners throughout the Putnam downtown area.
