KILLINGLY — A Killingly man was arrested on drug charges after a search and seizure warrant execution Oct. 11.
Carlos Foster, 54, 10 Prospect Ave., Apartment A, was charged with possession of crack cocaine, possession of crack cocaine with intent to sell, operating a drug factory.
Members of the Troop-D Quality of Life Task Force, the Killingly Resident Trooper’s Offices, personnel assigned to the Troop D “Danielson Barracks” and the Killingly Police Department executed three search and seizure warrants. A lengthy investigation had revealed that Foster was selling crack cocaine from his residence. Surveillance was set up and Foster was detained when entering his vehicle. Police, including K9 Ambrie found approximately 1 ounce of “crack” cocaine packaged for sale, $600, a digital scale, a cell phone, cutting agents and packaging materials.
