BARRINGTON, R.I. — The Mustangs rode the hot hand of Russel Tchewa (18 points, 6 rebounds) and Tyson Etienne (13 points, 9 assists) as the Mustangs increased their winning streak to 33 games following a 104-77 win over Winchendon. Demarr Langford Jr added 13 points and Charles Pride had another great game with 9 points and 12 rebounds for the 10-0 Mustangs.

BARRINGTON, R.I.— Charles Pride was the difference maker as the 2-way guard recorded a double-double leading the Mustangs with a team-high 21 points and 15 rebounds, 12 coming on the offensive end, in a win Nov. 30 in the Zero Gravity Classic. Tyson Etienne added 17 points while big man Abou Ousmane nearly had a double-double of his own with 13 points and 9 rebounds for the now 9-0 Mustangs. Putnam Science Academy’s winning streak keeps on climbing now at 33 straight games.

PUTNAM — The Mustangs increased their current winning streak to a remarkable 32 games after a 119 to 68 drubbing of Commonwealth Academy Nov. 27. Six players scored in double figures for PSA led by guard Demarr Langford’s game-high 18 points. Hassan Diarra finished with 16 points and Wichita State commit Tyson Etienne added 17 as the Mustangs are now 8-0 on the season. Russel Tchewa, a Texas Tech commit, had a nice game as well with 13 points and 5 rebounds as the Mustangs clamped down in the 2nd half allowing just 26 points.

PUTNAM — Another big game and another big performance for the Providence College commit Fatima Lee. The explosive guard scored 14 points at the half and finished with a team-high 24 points in the Mustangs win (6-0). Aaliyah Brittan added 10 points, Ariana Koivisto scored 9 and Helena Dellaruelle scored 8 points as the Mustangs stay undefeated on the season! Fatima Lee has now scored a combined 47 points in two days during a tough home stretch for Putnam Science Academy vs Life Center and Blair Academy.

PUTNAM — Earlier Providence College commit Fatima Lee had her biggest scoring night of the season going for 23 points in a Mustangs win Nov. 30 over Life Center. Lee got off to a hot start with 13 points at the break and hit 5 3’s on the night. Helena Dellaruelle was a spark for PSA (12 points) and Abby Robinson continues to be a force in the paint ending her night with 9 points for the 5-0 Mustangs.

The girls’ varsity team opened up the season with a runaway win over St. Andrews led by Anna Doroshenko’s game-high 19 points! Zharia Wilcox finished with 13 for the now 1-0 Mustangs.

The Lady Mustangs improve to 4-0 with their first road win of the season after a 55-44 win over St. Andrews Nov. 28. Ariana Koivisto keeps getting it done for PSA leading the way with 10 points. Fatima Lee and Helena Delaruelle each added 9 points in the victory.

PUTNAM —— The Lady Mustangs improved to 3-0 Nov. 27 after a 71-24 rout at home over Commonwealth Academy. Ariana Koivisto was dominant in this one doing a little bit of everything tallying 8 points, 5 rebounds, 5 steals and 4 assists. Abby Robinson and Lucie Castagne each added 10 points for PSA while Providence Friar commit Fatima Lee chipped in with 9 points.
